On December 22, Donald Trump announced Sriram Krishnan would serve as a Senior Policy Advisor on AI in his upcoming administration, leading to heavy debate about Sriram's views on immigration and H1b visas. This market will resolve to "Yes" if either Sriram Krishnan, Donald Trump, or an official representative for his incoming administration announces that Krishnan will not join the Trump administration as an AI policy advisor by January 19, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from Sriram Krishnan, Donald Trump, or an official representative for the incoming Trump administration, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
