This market will resolve to “Yes”, if the level of solar radiation as measured by The Washington Post weather station on November 3rd at 11:59 AM ET is equal to or higher than 500 (watts/m²) and ""No"" otherwise. The resolution source for this market is https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KDCWASHI185/table/2021-11-03/2021-11-03/daily, under the table column titled “Solar” for the day of November 3, 2021. Data recorded for 11:59 AM ET will be used to resolve the market. The check will be at 3:00 PM ET, November 3.

Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
